Can I vote before I get my ballot paper?
You cannot vote until you have received your ballot paper which will contain your 2 part security code (PIN)
To vote by internet

- Enter your two part Security Code provided with your postal ballot paper
- Click the 'Enter Voting Site' button
- Follow the instructions in order to vote
To vote by telephone

- Have your two part Security Code on hand
To vote by post
- Mark a cross – Yes or No on the ballot paper
- Return your postal votes in the pre-paid envelope provided with your ballot paper to:

How will the question be asked
Do you approve the changes to the Society’s Charter, to enable to establishment of the new Professional Leadership Body? You will be asked for a simple ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ vote.
When can I vote
Voting opens on 22 June and closes at noon, 20 July.
How many vote options can I use?
You may only use ONE voting option. Any attempt to vote more than once will be detected.
Can I vote without my unique PIN?
You cannot vote without your unique two part security code (PIN) which is shown on the ballot paper which you will receive in the post.
What if you have not received your ballot paper?
If you do not receive your ballot paper or you lose it please contact ERS customer service on 0208 889 9203 to request a duplicate ballot stating your RPSGB registration number.
You will be sent a declaration form stating that you have not already voted and this MUST be returned with your completed ballot paper or sent separately if you vote online, by phone or by SMS (text).
What are the charges of voting by phone?
Charges from mobile phones to Freephone numbers may vary. Text (SMS) messages are charged at the cost of a standard text according to your contract with your mobile phone network provider. Text votes received after voting closes will not be counted but your provider may still charge you for sending the message.
Can I vote via internet and telephone at any time?
Yes, the internet and telephone services are available 24 hours a day.
